Ordered fillet bucket and Kentucky bucket. I think they were too embarrassed to put 38 euro of terrible chicken in a bucket as it would have looked even worse. So they put half in a box. What a miserable tasting and looking meal. What happened to the legendary spices. The fries were unexplainably bad dried up sticks. I Have been eating KFC for 42 years this is without doubt the most terrible ever. The taste was so bad we had to go and get COVID tests as surely we were positive, but no. I wanted to leave feed back on the KFC site but when I had asked for a receipt I was handed a kitchen only receipt which did not have the relevant info on to leave feedback. Mmmhhhh coicedance ?

Crazily understaffed. There are only like 2-3 people working here most of the time and they're having a hard time keeping up with even a few customers, there's cold burgers served here and it takes a while to get your order up, even without a line. The only redeeming factor is that it's calm and mostly quiet, and they're doing a very good job in keeping the place clean.

Dirty, slow service, and one woman had a dog that was eating from table on the terase????u200d???? food was like normal KFC food

Very slow service here. One person collects and takes the orders. Always a huge line. Instead of chicken legs, they give chicken spines.

Such a terrible distribution and managing, i ordered over lieferando.de and im waiting for 2 hours already and it still didn't came such a terrible KFC haven't seen worse ever in my whole life...
