Good food. Nice service. But VERY DIRTY. Room not ready for the arrival. Problem with rooms for the allergic ones. Need more staff! People working there are doing their best to accommodate you (and need the raise) but there’s not enough staff. We stayed 2 times but won’t come back.

Clean rooms but locks does(nt work and smells like dezinfection though all hotel, brrr never again.

The only star is for the reception for their understanding. A terrible experience with a so called 4 star hotel! We had to change our room twice. First they gave us a single room by mistake then a room with very dirty shower with very very dirty shower curtain and stains on the walls. Then the last room, decently clean but the bathroom sink was clogged. It doent cost much to buy new shower curtains and maintain the rooms. I would never stay at nh hotel.

It's a bit run down and has the feeling of an airport hotel but the rooms are pretty spacious and comfortable. The staff seems a bit slow with their processes as it took us like 10 minutes to check-in even though we had a reservation which was already paid for. Underound parking advertised as 8eur per night but you get charged 10. Our keycards stopped working in the morning so we could not leave our room all at once. The hotel is clearly aimed at German nationals only as most signs and information is available only in German and it's up to you to figure out what they say.
Considering the prices of the rooms I'd say it's a good deal but I'm not sure it can be considered 4 star since there are no facilities available to guests

Breakfast is amazing. Location from the S-Bahn is around 10-15 minutes walk. Next to the hotel there is a big commercial area with great shops. I recommend it if you have to look for accomodation on Leipzig Messe.

Can't think of anything bad about the hotel. Everything was very good for a Hotel in this price category. Although the menu card was a bit limited, the food was excellent. The breakfast had a lot of variety too.

Basic hotel. I deeply regret that there is no same day laundry service. Need 3 days to get your laundry back. Breakfast is great.
