Great hotel to explore the city, friendly staff, especially in the restaurant (special mention to Sal who went out of his way to make us feel at home). The breakfast was well made, eggs to order and great open and airy setting. Great touch was the afternoon coffee offered in the afternoon for guests as well as croissants and fruit. Thank you also to the manager we who offered us two rooms when our booked room of 2 single beds was unavailable. Very thoughtful.

At the very heart of Leipzig and in the middle of the night life of the Zentrum. Staff knows English very well and everyone's so kind. We were at the top of the bar, rooftop bar and we had the greatest evening! Great DJ and amazing view also are waiting for you! They'll fire up a fire place in front of some sitting places when it gets dark as well, very fancy and cozy. Absolutely lovely place, definitely recommend!

Only have been in their lobby as the hotel part and I think their staff is awesome, I would definitely choose here if I was to come Germany again.

Sending love and best regards from Turkey!

I had planned to make a stop-over in Leipzig after having spent the previous night with friends in Blekinge, Sweden and having to be back in Lausanne 900 km to the SW the following day. I just needed a single room, that I was given on the fourth floor overlooking the inner court yard. The room was absolutely spotless without a single trace of dust and the receptionist told me I could empty the three bottles in the mini fridge, one beer, one water and one soft drink because they were free. They were all left untouched. I would not have wanted to spend another night despite a very good bed, and I would certainly not spend a night with my loved one either, feeling as if I were in a room in a rehabilitation clinic. There is everything you need with the exception of a second hanger for a second wet towel and a shoehorn. The hotel features a roof top bar, this Friday evening staffed by a DJ playing music for people in their 20's and 30's and the menu caters to this clientele, so I went out for dinner to a place more interesting for my age group. The hotel boasts serving a fantastic breakfast. Yes, there are lots of dishes, but much is tasteless. The orange juice was industrial, the peaches were no ripe and the scrambled eggs over-done. The espresso does taste something else. Compliments however for the good variety of black teas. And finally something you need to get rid of or modify; In front of me while eating, I had a TV screen presenting an aging, silver haired man looking into the eyes of a slightly younger woman who appears to have been lifted at least twice and having had spent the whole morning with her hair dresser, in a manner that no man looks at his wife. The food presented is badly lit and framed and the photographer has not learnt how to place the cutlery when you are conversing a beautiful woman sitting in front of you. Please hire a skilled product photographer if you are going to present your clients with a publicity film at 07.30 in the morning!

First as soon as you enter the hotel the staff are very nice helpful and accommodating
The location is perfect you can access all the things you need to do in the city with a walk restaurant up and down on each side of the street right next to the hotel
The room was perfect we got a upgraded town house which has two rooms two TVs the bed was very comfortable everything was clean well-maintained
Wi-Fi work perfectly
TV had a few English speaking stations I wish there were more
The same soaps and body creams that all of their hotels have they have a Rain shower and bathtub in every room (surprisingly they didn’t have any shower caps ) I did call down they look they do not have them he said he mentioned it to the staff hopefully when you come they will have shower caps
Breakfast was also very good anything you needed For a hearty healthy breakfast they even made you omelette with no additional cost
They have a rooftop bar what you must go up it’s a lovely evening to sit up there and see the whole city in front of you and the wine was delicious it was the wine of this city
This chain which innside melia is the fourth one of this chain that we stayed in on our trip this time! has my highest regards and I will continue using them whenever I see that they’re are in the cities that I am travelling to
They seem to be able to do everything right and get five stars and well deserved

I‘m asking myself what the difference to a motel one or another cheaper hotel is - except the high prices.
Due to covid they have less service (no sauna no wellness - OK). But you don‘t even have a coffee machine or water heater in the room.
Both services you find as self service in the lobby, but they turn it off at 6pm already.
The interior in the rooms is basic arrangement - only two chairs, no cozy seating such as armchair.
Small (!!) duvets, no slippers, no conditioner. This hotel is not comfortable and it is not worth the price.

The roof top bar is ok, but less employees so you wait long time for any order. We‘re disappointed and next business trip in Leipzig we‘ll book definitely somewhere else.

Cheap prices and an overall good experience. The room was spacious and new, the shower was amazing. Comfy bed. Breakfast was much better than other hotels in this price category.
Service was great on both days, so seems to be consistently good (I know I know, small data!).
