Clean modern hotel. Rooms are small-ish but in line with other European hotel rooms. Excellent breakfast spread. Modern amenities galore. Water pressure and temperature in the shower is excellent. Underground parking is available for £14/day though finding the parking entrance is a bit challenging.

Terrific experience at this hotel. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, very nice and comfortable room. (Well equipped and absolutely spotless.) Excellent location and reasonable rates. I would definitely stay here again.

I have to say all in all it is a great Hotel, but...the windows are way to small our room was smelling the whole stay and we couldn't get the smell out. The breakfast was very very disappointing. Anyone that likes breakfast; don't book it! No scrambled eggs, no butter, no bacon, just canned fruit, the coffee machine takes 5 minutes for a coffee, the orange juice is basically coloured water. Breakfast there is horrible.

This express hotel gives you for a good price a great overall package. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, the beds are good (you can even choose the hard/softness of your pillow!). The bathroom is clean and everything you need for a short stay is there. There is no noise at evening/night and you get enough keys for all persons to enter the room. The breakfast is amazingly good. Enough for everyone and it's fresh food! The breakfast area is a quit cosy area and the staff makes sure everything will be available even when it's busy! There is also a free car parking for guests under the hotel but there is not enough space for all guests together, so you might have to park your car outside next to the hotel which is free as well. The hotel is very easy to reach by any travel method. If you are by car and only goes to the hotel you don't need a environment sticker (it's zone-frei). Next time I go to Leipzig I'll take this hotel!

Nice hotel, really close to the city center. It is better to go there by train, hotel parking is very, very small. Small is also a breakfast buffet, the offer of the breakfast was also a little bit small. I expected moře as by other Holiday Inns. Room was modern and perfecly clean. And the biggest shower I have ever seen.

Good location and a modern hotel. Breakfast at HIE is always a free for all but this was the busiest I can recall anywhere. The staff were great and kept everything replenished but it was exhausting. Parking is available but its a very small space so requires a lot of care to park.

Holiday Inn Express Leipzig a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport, LEJ, and only a couple of minutes walk from the main train station and about a 10 minute walk to the old town. There is limited parking around the hotel and the hotel has a basement parking at the back for 22 guests charged at €14. The hotel is modern and has a good and functional design on the rooms as well as being a good size. The lobby is bright and airy with a nice lobby bar. Breakfast is nice and staff are nice and helpful. Overall a good budget hotel at the centre of town
