Good location, very close to railway station. The room was a little noisy due to the road next to the building. Also overall it was a little warm. Building is old but beautiful. Well-balanced accommodation as for matters of comfort, price and makeup of rooms. Pretty clean, too. Friendly staff. The red wine and beer were decently sized and there is an atm in the building. The elevator took us a while to find and the laundry room was closed at night, sadly. Didn't spot an elevator from street level, only short stairs. Beds were comfortable, no back pain. I would consider staying here for a couple days.

In general okay, but the room was super hot so I couldn’t sleep!. I get that Germany is not used to having this weather but some AC or airing in the room in this weather is not a luxury. A huge problem are also the bunk beds, they are very light and their quality and comfort is extremely bad, I can manage with the comfort level, but If the bed really moves and u feel the bed is going to collapse every time someone climbs is another story.

The hotel is located near the train station, all attractions are within walking distance, each visitor receives a detailed map, if you ask the staff, they will definitely recommend where to go and what to see. I faced only one problem - the place between the toilet and the wall was so small that if I were bigger or with longer legs, I would not fit, but I think this is not in all rooms) The windows open, so the room was well ventilated, there is no air conditioning a bit stuffy in hot weather. Of course there is a bar downstairs, a veranda, billiards. Would recommend, like all Au0026O hostels

so i stayed in au0026o hostel and it was pretty good. the staff was amazing they all attended as needed by customer. i will say that Irena was wonderful with checking in and bartending. proper size drinks and answered all questions that were needed. if anything i would recommend her for manager i saw her disinfecting all surfaces and cleaning machines. this hostel needs more recognition and trust.

Worst experience in a hostel ever and I have been traveling for years and years. The rooms were very hot. The lights were flickering. The showers were too small. And to top it off the staff refused to compensate me when my expensive hiking shoes were stolen from storage facility even though they suggested I should keep them there since the lockers were broken and ate my 2 euros. If you are there already do not put any of your stuff in the storage room! They outsourced the problem to a customer service person on the phone who knew nothing about my situation and claimed that there was a sign and there was nothing they could do for me. I stayed there for 3 days and spent hundreds of euros and still no attempt a consoling me or compensating me. The staff acted like robots and even the manager ran away from my problem. When there is no policy they don't treat you like an individual and don't care about people's personal circumstances. When I made a bit of a fuss and filmed them with my phone they threatened to kick me out instead of saying sorry sir. Corporate hierarchy with terrible policies and no human touch. This place is unfriendly and very poorly managed, with bad and unpredictable infrastructure. Do not go here ever. Will never stay in A@O ever again.

Gets the job done. The shower drained slowly so showers had to be quite quick. Thankfully they provided soap. Staff was nice. They only allowed one person in the kitchen room due to Covιd... Which seemed kind of silly since no other Covιd practices were enforced. Had to pay extra for sheets. Comfortable bed with a light and outlet right next you (at least on the bottom bunk.)

Simply one of the worst and dirtiest hotels in the city, I believe most of the reviews at least the (positive) ones are all ''FAKE'' as not a reasonable person would give this facility a single star!!! simply the worst one in Saxony, I would attach pictures into my review once available as proof to miserable grade of cleanliness
