Zum Samstag einen Termin gebucht, hat alles super geklappt. Die nette Dame hinterm Tresen war super lieb hat sich Zeit genommen für die 3 Reisepässe meiner Kinder und hat sogar zusätzlich noch 2 Personalausweise mit gemacht obwohl ich diese nicht gebucht habe. Nachdem unser letzter Termin in einem anderen bürgeramt so schief lief weil diese mitarbeiterin die Reisepässe nicht machen wollte (anders feindlich)kann ich hier nur ein großes Lob aussprechen an die Mitarbeiterin. Gerne kommen wir wieder hierher. Super, weiter so!!
