First it was said that you still had to coordinate the delivery with your colleague (although I wonder what exactly that has to do with the order confirmation, but oh well), then the IT system had been down for ages, so that no emails could be sent or received could. After calling, it was said: offer cannot be kept due to the Ukraine war. If you had simply ordered the goods from the supplier immediately and sent us an order confirmation without waiting so long, this problem would not exist. But we were promised that we would be contacted for a new offer as soon as the IT system was up and running again. This is now apparently the case (at least my mail today was delivered without an error message) and of course no one reported it. Now we had to look at short notice where we could get the goods alternatively. Very annoying and associated with much more stress. But also positive, because you don't want to do business with such an unreliable company!

Ich habe hier ein Angebot zu verschiedenen Baustoffen abgefordert. Zunächst lief auch alles okay. Angebot kam und war für uns auch das beste. Das Angebot haben wir dann auch angenommen. Nachdem wir nochmal mit unserer Projektleitung bzgl. genauem Lieferdatum Rücksprache gehalten haben, haben wir dies BAUKING mitgeteilt. Bis heute (über 4 Wochen nach unserer Angebotsannahme) haben wir keine Auftragsbestätigung erhalten. Erst hieß es, man müsse sich noch mit der Kollegin zwecks Lieferung absprechen (wobei ich mich frage, was genau das mit der Auftragsbestätigung zutun hat, aber na ja), dann war seit Ewigkeiten das IT System down, sodass man keine Mails versenden und empfangen konnte. Nach Anruf hieß es: Angebot kann auf Grund des Ukraine Kriegs nicht gehalten werden. Hätte man einfach sofort die Ware beim Zulieferer bestellt und uns eine Auftragsbestätigung übersendet ohne so ewig zu warten, gäbe es dieses Problem nicht. Aber uns wurde versprochen, man meldet sich zwecks neuem Angebot sobald das IT System wieder funktioniert. Dies ist nun offenbar der Fall (meine heutige Mail wurde zumindest ohne Fehlermeldung zugestellt) und es hat sich natürlich niemand gemeldet. Nun mussten wir kurzfristig schauen, wo wir die Ware alternativ beziehen können. Sehr ärgerlich und mit viel mehr Stress verbunden. Jedoch auch positiv, da man mit solch einer unzuverlässigen Firma keine Geschäfte machen möchte!
