We thought it was good value/price. However they gave us a smaller room than we booked on booking.com, effectively making us overpay.

Bit of an unpleasant situation, but we were able to get it sorted the next day.

Nice hotel, with big rooms, near no 65 bus stop.

Unbeatable price while still good, huge rooms, unmodern furniture but who cares

I really recommend this hotel although it is not modern but the rooms are clean and neat. The big advantage is their size - a very spacious bedroom, living room, bathroom and a kitchenette. A bit noisy rooms overlooking Kaufland. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is available for an additional fee and it's fresh and tasty - good choice of different food. The car can be parked on the street or at an additional cost in the hotel's underground parking (you can also leave your bikes there). The hotel is located at the back of Kaufland food store where you can shop until 22 pm. Special procedures for late check-ins!

When we arrived as a couple we had two single beds, we asked to switch for a double which cost us an extra 10 euros! The room we moved to had an awful smell when you open the door so we had to leave the windows open when it was zero degrees outside. The room is dirty, with questionable white stains everywhere over the sofa, armchair and curtains. They only have one corkscrew in the whole building and we had to come to reception to open a wine bottle. They have no ironing in the rooms so i had to book a time to use the iron and ironing board in the filthy basement of the building. The hotel is a 25 min tram ride away from the city centre which isn’t too bad and there’s a supermarket next door. Would stay here for a night or two if I was struggling for money but I certainly wouldnt reccomend it to anyone or say it was a good experience.

Good hotel, nothing fancy but spacious rooms. Clean bathroom, but carpet in living room and bedroom is quite old and needs replacement. Breakfast is good, but for same price or less you can also eat at nearby bakeries. Staff is very friendly and good with kids.
