We had a great experience of check-in and a very comfortable accommodation in this nice hotel. Staff was kind, helpful and friendly. What we liked most is that the rooms are larger than an average hotel room, having one or two medium-sized table, where you can sit around with other people (up to 3-4). The room was perfectly decorated, clean and spatious! Also, we needed some cuttlery for the breakfast into our rooms and we provided these from the restaurant without any problem. That was very kind of them.
Only negative side was when we check out, they asked for a difference of price of one comfort room, which we never asked for! When we explained the situation, they did not insist anymore, however it was still a bit strange that they asked for this price without my confirmation.
