A small apartment, laid out a bit oddly--the size was exacerbated by having a few too many furniture items--but a conspicuous lack of storage. Housekeeping (or lack thereof) was also not clearly documented--were informed on check-in to ask for any additional items we might need, but were then told by the desk personnel that such items (e.g., a dishcloth and some detergent) were our responsibility. 3.5 stars for location, 3 stars for the room, 2 stars for personnel. Net rating: 2.7 stars.

The apartment was the fourth that we rented on our trip (the second in Germany) and the best overall. It is a little small, but very quiet and well located. Fairly boring modern decor, but you will be out and about most of the time, and it is perfectly OK. We were within 12 minutes' walk of the opera, Gewandhaus, St Thomaskirche and so on. Maybe 15 minutes from the Hauptbanhof. It was very clean and the kitchen was about the best equipped of the four, with full stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and lots of cutlery and crockery. Just bring washing detergent as, unlike other places, this isn't provided. However, things we had to ask for (or provide ourselves) in other places such as dishwasher tablets and coffee filters were included in a welcome pack that also contained mineral water and some mini chocolates. There is a nice cafe and organic supermarket in the same building that comes in handy, and a bigger supermarket nearby. There are also lots of restaurants, kebab places and so on. Only drawback I can think of is that temperature control can only be achieved by closing off radiators and opening windows (which have that natty two-way opening design). Ask for a quiet rear apartment with separate bedroom.

A very comfortable apartment located within steps of the historic Altstadt Leipzig and a five minute walk to the St. Thomas Church, the Rund Ecke Museum (with chilling history of life under the GDR.) Also close to the main shopping street: Petersstrasse;
The apartment has sitting room with lots of furniture, dining table, more than adequate kitchen and one bedroom and bath. The is a comfortable size too.
There is a restaurant with access from inside the building - but it is pricey for breakfast - better to stop in the small grocery store also in the building - buy breakfast items.
The staff is both courteous and very knowledgeable about Leipzig and can help plan an itinerary to meet anyone's needs and desires.

Very clean, the place is excellent, the bed are comfortable, the kitchen is very good
BUT, there is no air-condition or ventilator, in hot days it is hard to breath.
the flat in front the out stair -smell all day from cigarets!

Excellent apartment hotel, aesthetically designed - modern with old charm. Excellent location - walking distance from S-bahn, central market, churches, eateries and central train station.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had some issues with the WiFi the first night, but it just started working the next day. Very clean.

Excellent location in the city center, very spacey, very friendly en helpful staff, and well equiped appartment. The mini supermarket on the base level is excellent for breakfast.
