Good Fitness Studio. Offers various courses along with a normal gym. Friendly staff. It is a little expensive. You can get a training plan from a trainer. It also offers sauna.

The studio is very well maintained, especially the cloakroom and the sanitary facilities. It offers a small free weights area, many machines, including circuit training, a large cardio area, etc. with lots of treadmills and even stair climbing machines. There are also course rooms for spinning, among other things. Since I don't attend any courses, I can't say anything more about it. A simple sauna completes the package. The free weights area offers a platform, power racks and Eleiko bars and weights - ideal for power lifters and strength athletes. However, steroid-using bodybuilders are out of place as the dumbbells only go up to 30 pounds. For one or the other natural, 40 kilos would also be quite nice :). The plate-loaded devices and those with cable pulls offer all training options, although certainly not every conceivable device is available, but it is sufficient for the hobby athlete. There are almost never any waiting times, even during rush hour. The employees are friendly, but not really present on the training area - ok for me, but you should take a look at one or the other when squatting to prevent injuries :). The protein shake only costs 1.65 euros, and a coffee is available for 1.60 euros. TOP! Childcare is offered in principle, but the process was not very transparent and too cumbersome when I asked - so I can't say anything about the quality. The monthly fee is absolutely fine for the offer. The studio is recommended overall!

Das Fitnesstudio ist verkehrsgünstig nahe S-Bahn und Straßenbahn in einem unschönen 90er-Jahre Bau im 3. OG und 4. OG untergebracht - Treppenlaufen sollte für Fitnesstudiogänger Pflicht sein; der Aufzug fährt auch sehr langsam:). Leider gibt es zu wenige und zu schlechte Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten- passt zum autogerechten 90er-Jahre Bau.
Das Studio ist sehr gepflegt, gerade auch die Garderobe und die Sanitäranlagen. Es bietet eine kleine Freihantelfläche, viele Geräte, auch für Zirkeltraining, einen großen Cardio-Bereich, u. a. mit vielen Laufbändern und sogar Geräten zum Treppensteigen. Zudem gehören noch Kursräume dazu, u.a. für Spinning. Da ich keine Kurse besuche, kann ich dazu nichts weiter sagen. Eine einfache Sauna rundet das Paket ab. Der Freihantelbereich bietet ein Podest, Powerracks und Eleiko-Stangen und Gewichten - optimal für Powerlifter und Kraftsportler. Steroidnutzende Bodybuilder sind jedoch fehl am Platz, da die Kurzhanteln nur bis 30 Kilo reichen. Für den einen oder anderen Naturalen wären aber 40 Kilo auch ganz schön:). Die Plateloaded-Geräte und diejenigen mit Seilzügen bieten sämtliche Trainingsmöglichkeiten, wenn auch sicherlich nicht jedes denkbare Gerät vorhanden ist, aber es genügt für den Hobbysportler. Wartezeiten gibt es auch zur Rush-Hour fast nie. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, auf der Trainingsfläche aber eher nicht präsent - für mich ok, beim einen oder anderen sollte man beim Kniebeugen aber mal hinschauen, um Verletzungen vorzubeugen:). Der Eiweiß-Shake kostet nur 1,65 Euro, einen Kaffee gibt es für 1,60 Euro. TOP! Kinderbetreuung wird prinzipiell angeboten, das Verfahren war auf meine Nachfrage aber wenig transparent und zu umständlich - deshalb kann ich zur Qualität nichts sagen. Der Monatsbeitrag ist absolut in Ordnung für das Angebot. Das Studio ist insgesamt zu empfehlen!

Ich bin mittlerweile über drei Jahre in diesem Fitnessstudio und jeder Besuch ist nach wie vor tip top. Freundliche, offene Art am Empfang, professionelle Beratung von lizensierten Trainern, umfangreiche Ausstattung - das Studio bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Abgerundet wird das Paket von einer kleinen hochwertigen Saunalandschaft, einem offenen Ohr bei Fragen und Problemen und dem Willen der Betreiber seinen Gästen ein hohes Zufriedenheitsgefühl zu liefern, was sich nicht zuletzt in den zahlreichen Investitionen im Studio zeigt, welche während der letzten 3 Jahren getätigt wurden.
