I arrived a the location after 22h and was still possible for a check inn , wich i apreciate . The lady was nice and easy to comunicate ( in english ) . In the morning i went to ask If is possible to extend my stay and i recieve a big NO , the reason was that they have no rooms available even if booking.com was saying someting else . I guess because i am Romanian there was no room available for me .
Dissapointed !

Very nice staff, the room was good for the price since we were two people. The Tram on the street unfortunately was very loud, also in the night. But it was comfy enough and the kitchen was equipped with the things two people need. I would stay there again.

(Translated by Google) Apartment was very well maintained and well equipped. A bit small for 2 people and we had booked a room with a balcony but got one without a balcony facing the street. Busy street with trams, so very noisy. Everything such as supermarkets, drugstores, ice cream parlors, snack bars, etc. was within walking distance. And the tram took you to the center in 10 minutes.
Service in the accommodation was great!

Apartment war sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Für 2 Personen etwas klein und wir hatten Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, bekamen aber eins ohne Balkon mit Straßenseite. Belebte Straße mit Straßenbahn, daher sehr laut. Dafür war alles wie Supermärkte, Drogerie, Eisdiele, Imbisse etc. fußläufig erreichbar. Und durch die Straßenbahn war man in 10 Minuten im Zentrum.
Service in der Unterkunft war top!

However, there is a deduction for the price-performance ratio. We paid 110 € plus 10 € final cleaning and visitor's tax for one night. I would not have expected the following things for this:
- the toilet seat was loose and slipped back and forth
- the water did not drain when showering because the drain was clogged with hair
- We found hair and dust on or next to the bedside table
- There was a bad smell from the kitchen cupboard (where the empty trash can was)

We also had to keep the windows of our apartment no. 3 closed because they were facing the smoking area in the inner courtyard. Unfortunately we could not open the skylights. And it was very hot (especially upstairs). The street noise was the lesser evil.

Einrichtung entspricht den Angaben im Internet. Mitarbeiterin war auch sehr freundlich.
Allerdings gibt es Abzug für das Preisleistungsverhältnis. Wir haben für eine Nacht 110 € zzgl. 10 € Endreinigung und Kurtaxe gezahlt. Dafür hätte ich folgende Dinge nicht erwartet:
- die Toilettenbrille war locker und rutschte hin und her
- das Wasser beim Duschen lief nicht ab, weil der Abfluss mit Haaren verstopft war
- auf bzw. neben dem Nachttisch fanden wir Haare und Staub
- aus dem Küchenschrank (wo der leere Mülleimer stand) kam ein übler Geruch

Außerdem mussten wir die Fenster unseres Apartments Nr. 3 geschlossen halten, weil diese direkt auf die Raucherecke im Innenhof gerichtet waren. Die Dachfenster konnten wir leider nicht öffnen. Und es war sehr heiß (insbesondere im Obergeschoss). Der Straßenlärm war da eher das geringere Übel.
