Am liebsten würde ich 0 Sterne geben, angerufen um 19:40, Bestellung aufgegeben, aufgelegt, so wie es halt üblich ist.

So ein Verhalten vom Personal bzw. vom Unternehmen selbst ist nicht zu tolerieren

Wir bestellen öfter bei euch, uns schmeckt es eigentlich gut, wenn es auch heiß geliefert wird. Die letzte Zeit des öfteren, wo wir mal bestellt haben, war die Lieferzeit endlos lange und das Essen lauwarm, Schachtel jedoch heiß!

Bei der letzten Bestellung wurden die Dips vergessen. Man sagte ein Wagen sei schon unterwegs und sie sind gleich da. Weitere 15-20 Min später waren die Dips da und wir konnten endlich unser Essen essen. Leider KALT!
als Entschuldigung gab es nur eine Entschuldigung. Keine Entschädigung oder nochmal neues Essen!

Kriegt es bitte hin, dass alles zusammen und warm/heiß geliefert wird.
