The donuts are okay, I'd say average. The 4.5€ offers are insanity. They're literally the same 2.1€ donuts but with an industrial snack bar on top of it. Makes you guess that the staff is prioritizing looks and instagram value over taste and quality. It left a bad taste (lol) in my mouth

PLEASE NOTE: The response to this review claims that it has been reposted to other stores of their chain in order to discredit it. This is not true, you can go check that for yourself, but the gall of responding that way to criticism should tell you how much they care about actual customers.
This place has invested a lot in good marketing and aesthetics, but the product is rather lacking. Though the donuts are decent (filling being quite good, glazing horrific) any semblance of quality comes from a thin veneer of decadence, which is also the justification for the absurd price tag these come with. When, after several hours, you finally get your donuts delivered, you will receive a beautiful box with a bunch of ugly pastries inside. I highly recommend you go to your local supermarket and buy the donuts they have in the freshly baked goods section, they are comparable in quality and superior in price and experience.

Ich wollte dort eigentlich mal über Lieferando bestellen aber der Mindestbetrag von 50euro hatte mich dann doch abgeschreckt.
Jetzt hatte ich am Montag(Feiertag) Zeit und konnte den Laden besuchen. Es dauerte zwar bis die Bedienung erschien aber sehr freundlich und die Donuts sind zwar auf den ersten Blick ziemlich Teuer aber geschmacklich aufjedenfall den Preis wert. Ich kann die Donuts aufjedenfall empfehlen.

Der Hype im diese Donuts kann ich persönlich nicht nachvollziehen. Also ja am Anfang war ich sehr neugierig, weil die Teile sehr gut aussehen und toll belegt sind. Wir haben etliche Sorten probiert. Leider ist geschmacklich nichts raus zu holen. Alleine optisch überzeugen sie uns. Der Teig schmeckt nach nichts, die Fettglasuren sind eben nur Fett, die Füllungen sind leider auch nicht besonders schmackhaft, die Toppings sind gut, wurden aber nicht von ihnen gemacht. Sorry, aber danke für die wirklich nette Bedienung.
