Auch das Vorgespräch und die Nachsorge durch Frau Dr. Ostermann habe ich als sehr professionell erlebt. Es wurde sich Zeit für meine Fragen und Sorgen genommen. Ich würde die Klinik daher absolut weiterempfehlen.
Ich möchte mich auch auf diesem Weg noch einmal bei den unterschiedlichen Fachkräften und vor allem bei dem OP-Team für die kompetente und empathische Betreuung vor und nach der OP bedanken.

Sowohl die Ärzte, als auch das Pflegepersonal sind topp. Fragen und auch kleinere /größere Probleme wurden sofort sehr freundlich in Angriff genommen. Die ganze Klinik vermittelt eine ruhige Atmosphäre, was ich ehrlich gesagt noch nie erlebt habe (ich war schon in dervUni Klinik Kiel, dem UKE HH und dem FEK in Neumünster). Falls ich jemals wieder in eine Klinik für einen stationären Aufenthalt muss - dann hoffentlich hier. Leder kann man nicbt mehr als 5 Sterne geben. Weiter so! ????????????????????

Leider überwiegend schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht .

Die Krankenschwestern waren teilweise bei Kleinigkeiten überfordert und wussten nicht einmal zu dritt wie sie einen neuen Dauerkatheter legen sollten.
Ansonsten wurden nur Schüler oder FSJler ins Zimmer geschickt.

Einige Ärzte die zur Visite kamen waren leider sehr hektisch/ fast schon hochnäsig und in der Aufklärungen sehr schlecht, sie konnten viele Fragen nicht beantworten.
Eine einzige Ärztin die am Entlassungstag vor Ort war konnte mir dann diverse Fragen beantworten, leider 5 Tage zu spät. Nach einer OP erwartet man doch zeitnaher Informationen ..

Die Verpflegung war jedoch Top !
