Ich war heute mit meiner Familie bei Mr.Döner in Kiel. Ich war überrascht das das Brot und der Dürum-Fladen selber gemacht wurde. So was gibt es sonst kaum noch. Wir hatten zum mitnehmen bestellt und sind nachdem das Essen fertig war zum Auto gegangen. Auf dem Weg dorthin habe ich zu meiner Frau gesagt das ich hoffe das die Döner und Dürum so gut schmecken wie sie gemacht wurden. Und wir würden nicht enttäuscht. Einen so guten Döner habe ich lange nicht mehr gegessen. Beim Auspacken kam ein Geruch vom frisch gebackenen Brot in die Nase. Es war eine perfekte Mischung von Fleisch,Salat und Soße. Ich habe mit meiner Familie schon viele Döner gegessen und das war einer der besten. Ich komme kaum aus dem schwärmen raus. Das Personal war auch sehr nett und hat alles perfekt gemacht. Danke für diesen Döner/Dürum.

Die backen das Brot selbst und die Zutaten sind alle frisch.

Die Jungs sind auch so nett und schneiden das Fleisch direkt vom Spieß, wenn man fragt.

Ich erwähne das hier nur, weil es in Kiel offenbar überall normal ist, dass das Fleisch in Warmhalteschalen auf Vorrat bereitgehalten wird und das schadet nur der Konsistenz und dem Geschmack.
