Lovely furnished place. Food was something new, great taste, authentic. But on the other Hand... The service was lousy, the waiter forgot us after the first drink. Waited about 1 hour for two sides and one main course. Please improve your service quality and have a cash machine

Terrible food, even worse service. After waiting an unreasonably long time for our food, I was served an overcooked Tilapia that was so dry it was inedible. When I complained, the server was very rude and said "this is how we prepare it" and continued to lecture me for 5 minutes when all I wanted was to leave. My husband got prawns that had no flavor. For the price and the service, I don't expect this place to last a year.

Ich war mit 2 Freunden im la havana um einmal die karibische Küche kennenzulernen, von der ich bis dato kaum was gehört hatte.

Wir hatten das Glück, das an diesem Abend sogar ein Pianist im Restaurant war und livemusik spielte, damit hatten wir garnicht gerechnet.

Der Service war authentisch und freundlich. Das Restaurant sehr sauber und mit karibischer atmosphäre.

Wir haben etwas länger auf die Speisen gewartet, dies wurde uns im Vorhinein aber schon berichtet.

Die Wartezeit hatte sich schlussendlich aber wirklich gelohnt! Von Fisch über Fleisch bis hin zu vegetarischen/veganen Gerichten, hatten wir an unserem Tische eine bunte Mischung.

Ich war begeistert über den exotischen Geschmack und die Frische.

Rundum waren wir sehr begeistert und würde das Restaurant jedem weiterempfehlen, jedoch ist zu sagen, dass man etwas Zeit mitbringen sollte.
