We had a gulasch soup and a German sausage with potatoes and sauerkraut. Tasted good. And of course some local beer to that. Great atmosphere inside the pub.

Cute place with lots of outdoor seating, authentic looking inside. We only had beer when we visited since we had just ate but it was good beer and reasonable priced.

We ordered two meals, waited for 45 minutes for the food, and when we asked how much longer it would be, the waitress did not remember that we ordered from her or what we ordered. Could have been acceptable if the place had been packed with people but it definitely was not. At the table next to us another couple sat, and she had forgetten their food as well. After she asked about what we had ordered, she spent 10 more minutes ignoring us again. We payed for the beer then and left. Really really poor service in every sense.

Not many customers at lunchtime, first warning bell. Beer ok, what you can expect from traditional German lager style. Food way under the wanted standard, schnitzel without taste. Last time for me to eat here. Have been to this place the last 10 years and have seen the standard dropping for each visit. Sad but true.

An authentique place in the center of Kiel Altstadt, where you can enjoy your brewed beer. Staff who served beer was really kind and friendly. Can’t say the same though for the staff who stands at the entrance.

Waiter was not in mood. First he gave my friend the wrong order. Then he forgot the flat water. Lastly he ran out to tell us that we didnt pay for the food, which we made very clearly that we wanted to pay for the whole table.

Tipical brauerei, noisy, own beer (not weizen, but still a good flavor and color ????, brewed right under your feet). The food is fair and it's a good match for the Kieler bock beer. Service is nice, polite and fast. At times it can be crowded, but hey, what is a brauerei good for? ???? Ein mass!!!
