A great art and graphic supply house in Kiel. They have large selection of art and graphic material combined with very knowledgeable staff of employees to help in making the proper selection. The employees are friendly and enjoying helping customers. They offer special days through year with local artist demonstrating how they work with materials. These are combined with special prices on the materials demonstrated. These are great action days and are always motivating to attend to see and get new ideas for your own ideas and projects.

Ich bin riesig enttäuscht. Im letzten Jahr habe ich einen Füller von Pilot gekauft. Dieser hat immerhin gut 240,- € gekostet.
Jetzt bekommt man in diesem "Fachgeschäft" dafür KEINE Patronen mehr zu kaufen. Nicht mal eine Bestellung wurde angeboten. Aussage des Fachpersonals: GIBT ES NICHT MEHR!!
Ich bin dann über Amazon an diese Patronen gekommen. In 2 Tagen war die Ware bei mir im Briefkasten. Ich unterstütze eigentlich immer den regionalen Einzelhandel. In diesem Fall werde ich Hugo Hamann lieber meiden, da ich ohne Service auch im Internet bestellen kann.

Das Geschäft ist sehr gut sortiert und man kann spezielle Schreibwaren kaufen, die es sonst in Kiel nicht gibt. Nur aus diesem Grund besuche ich dieses Geschäft.
Es gibt dort leider so wenig Personal, dass man sehr lange auf eine Beratung warten oder beim Kassieren geduldig sein muss.
Ich bin teilweise schon so genervt vom Warten gewesen, dass ich mehrfach ohne einen Kauf das Geschäft verlassen habe!
Auch vor Corona gab es die Wartezeiten!

Hugo Hamann ist in Kiel seit Jahrzehnten eine gute Adresse wenn es um Schreibwaren geht.
Das umfangreiche und hochwertige Angebot lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Leider mussten wir bei der Beratung zum Kauf eines Kinder Füller feststellen das die Geduld bzw Konzentration der älteren Mitarbeiterin schnell ihre Grenzen hat.
Ich gehe dort einkaufen weil mir die Beratung wichtig ist.
Nach 6-7 min das Gespräch mit "so irgendwann muss man sich ja mal entscheiden " beenden ist nicht professionell. Dann beim Gang zum Regal das Modell vergessen und uns ein falsches in die Hand zu geben ist gelinde gesagt..doof! Leider war es mit der guten Laune der Mitarbeiterin dann vorbei.

Wir werden wieder dort einkaufen.
Allerdings verzichten wir dann wohl lieber auf Beratung.
