Very poor service , once they sell their machine , they never pay attention when there is breckdown in machine even machine still under warranty. Their technical team is so poor that they can't find problem at all.
They are just keep guessing and playing passing the bowl.
Really really pathetic support.
Very bad customer service ???? worth in this industry.
