The room is basic but spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful during our stay there. When we needed to keep our medication/baby food chilled, they provided us with a mini fridge at no extra charge.

Breakfast was lovely and the attentive staff provided my children with colouring materials to keep them entertained. I'll rate the place 5 stars purely based on my experience with the personnel there.

Very friendly and helpful staff (also speaks English), nice and clean rooms, excellent breakfast buffet. Would recommend.

The staff was friendly, courteous and accommodating. My non-smoking DR was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, with a wide variety of food and drink.

Very friendly Staff. Good to know, as a guest, that you got such nice and professional service at the reception.
The room is minimalistic .
the location is not bad and there's a great ice cream parlor across the street :)

For the 3-star hotel, Am Segelhafen provides great comfort and services! For those looking at an economical stay (by European standards), this place ought to be on your itinerary.
