Die bekannte und geschätzte Fischbar jetzt sesshaft am Dreiecksplatz. Ein recht kleiner Laden, der tagsüber kleinere Speisen wie Fischbrötchen, zwei wechselnde Suppen und Fischwurst vom Rost anbietet, daneben ein paar Kleinigkeiten für außer Haus. Am Fenster gibt es 4 Barhocker, das war's an Sitzplätzen. Im Sommer wird man sicherlich auch vor der Tür noch ein paar Plätze einrichten. Viele Kunden nehmen das Fischbrötchen einfach in die Hand und gehen oder lassen sich etwas einpacken.
2 Mitarbeiterinnen bewirtschaften den Laden, bereiten die Speisen zu. Fischbrötchen werden auf Bestellung frisch zubereitet. Ich wähle die Currywurstsuppe mit Wurst von Extrawürste 56, dazu eine "Stulle". Auch zum Hieressen wird Einweggeschirr verwendet, immerhin steht "kompostierbar" auf dem Plastiklöffel.
Die Suppe riecht sehr lecker. Irgendwas besonderes ist da drinnen, ein Gewürz? Ich kenne aber erkenne es nicht. Lecker und schön heiß, leider habe ich Pech und etwas wenig Wurst erwischt, neben ein paar Fitzelstücken finde ich nur 3 oder 4 große Stücke. Die Stulle ist mit einer Lachs-Frischkäse-Crème beschmiert, schmeckt mir auch. Etwas dickere Scheiben Brot, vielleicht auch angeröstet, hätten mir besser gefallen und für 3,80 finde ich sie etwas zu teuer. Insgesamt gut, ich bin bestimmt bald noch mal wieder hier, um die Fischwurst und eines der vielen Fischbrötchen zu probieren.
