My BF ordered a burger and cheese nuggets. He is kind and says it was OK and I should rated it 4 anyway. But the burger came smashed, please see the photos (after he put it together). I would appreciate it more care in the transport.

On the phone, I immediately noticed that I was speaking to a call-centre, not the branch whose number I dialled. I was offered and accepted a 10 minute collection time and ordered the vegetarian burger.
Arriving on time I was asked to wait outside (in wet Kiel winter weather) and left my 10€ bill on the counter to only receive the order 18 minutes after my order from a VERY unmotivated staff member that conveniently forgot my 1.60€ change. I was cold and hungry and ran instead of asking for my change, so no blame here. Just like the staff mood was the taste of the burger: bland and unmotivated to be more than nutrition. Only the sweet potato fries were tasty, but I'd have appreciated real mayonnaise instead of the less tasty salad mayonnaise.

I predict this lacklustre concept brand a rather short future and will go elsewhere if I ever feel for a burger again.

Sure, the price level seems high at first glance, and the delivery fee seems counterproductive at first. The reliability and quality definitely make up for that for me. And you know what and when to get it. In this context, I really like the current lunch special, you can get away with it quite well... In this context, I would welcome a menu with a salad. Good, constant quality, nice service and punctuality encourage me to give full marks.

Für die Zeit, in der ich bei Burgerme Kunde bin (ca. 1,5 Jahre), kann ich keinerlei negative Aspekte ausmachen. Die Fahrer sind durchweg freundlich, das Essen ist plus minus 5 Minuten (Innenstadt) immer pünktlich und vor allem frisch u0026 heiß. Wenn ich mich recht erinnere gab es mal einen Fall, wo es ggf. mal 10 Minuten drüber war – Da gab es aber auch prompt und ungefragt einen kleinen Gutschein. Top. (Und noch immer weit unter dem, was andere Anbieter gem. Angabe zur Lieferzeit als 40min wahrnehmen, wo die Stunde oder mehr durchaus mal drin ist…)
Sicher, das Preisniveau scheint auf dem ersten Blick gehoben, die Lieferpauschale wirkt zuerst auch eher kontraproduktiv. Die Zuverlässigkeit und Qualität machen das für mich aber auf jeden Fall wett. Und man weiß was, und wann man es bekommt. Gut gefällt mir in diesem Zusammenhang die aktuelle Mittagstisch-Aktion, da kommt man dann doch ganz gut weg… Ein Menü mit Salat würde ich in diesem Zusammenhang begrüßen. Gute, konstante Qualität, netter Service sowie Pünktlichkeit animieren mich zur vollen Punktzahl.
