Very small parking house, not enough space and super tight on the way up to the first level. Wouldn't recommend someone with a normal sized car to park here.

Wir haben 1,5 Stunden in diesem Parkhaus geparkt. Am Ticketlesegerät war direkt das erste Problem, unser Ticket konnte nicht gelesen werden. Daraufhin haben wir die Info- Taste gedrückt und wir wurden mit einem Mitarbeiter verbunden. Dieser wollte unsere Einfahrtszeit wissen (steht auf dem Ticket), und dann verlangte der Automat den der Mitarbeiter aus der Ferne gesteuert hat 8Euro. 8 Euro ist der Tageshöchstsatz!
Als wir meinten dass dies nicht korrekt sei, meinte der Mitarbeiter dass er die Zeit der Einfahrt eingegeben habe und 8€ stimmen würden. Wenn wir diese nicht bezahlen würden, dann könnten wir das Parkhaus auch nicht verlassen. Nach langer Diskussion gab er die Zeit der Einfahrt erneut ein und siehe da, es kostete "nur" noch 4 €.
Nun kam das nächste Problem, an diesem Automat funktionierte nur Kartenzahlung. Also mussten wir diesen Vorgang abbrechen und alles erneut am Automaten daneben erledigen mit Hilfe eines anderen Mitarbeiters der uns zugewiesen wurde durch drücken der Taste.

Der Zustand des Parkhauses ist zudem miserabel und für SUV s eher ungeeignet. Es ist sehr eng. Wenn man mit einem SUV parkt dann steht man mit den Reifen nahezu von Linie zu Linie. Parkt ein Auto dann neben einem würde man vermutlich nur noch durch den Kofferraum rein und raus kommen, oder müsste mit Dellen und Kratzern am Auto rechnen.
Durch das Parkhaus zieht ein beißender Uringeruch.
Die Bezahlautomaten sind nicht richtig Funktionsfähig. Über einem Automat klebt Panzertape über die Einzahlschlitze, anstatt es mal zu reparieren.
Alles in allem nutzen wir in Zukunft lieber das neue Parkhaus am ZOB, welches günstiger und in einem Top Zustand ist. Dafür laufen wir dann gerne die 3 Meter mehr zum Cap.

Liegt aber sehr zentral, wenn man mit der Stenalinie oder auch der Colorline fahren oder auch in das Zentum möchte. Z.Zt wird sehr stark im Parkhaus gebaut. Mal schauen wies wieder aussieht. 11€ Tagesgebühr(24Std) sind in Ordnung.
