Great food, but our order wasn't complete and we had to wait almost 20 minutes for the missing dish.

Ordered a vegan pizza due to an allergy. Could not have been more obvious when ordering as I both said vegan and pointed to the vegan option on the menu.

Was served a pizza with cheese and meat both non vegan obviously. Floor staff did not seem to care at all. Did not apologise or take the food off the bill. When we complained upon leaving the woman taking payment laughed and asked how we could speak German.

Do not eat here of you have any allergies or dietary requirements.

I think it's great how they are changing with the times and including more vegan and veggie options! Very fast service! Also, their white tea is my fav drink ever.

Update: I have to change my review to 1 star because they got rid of pizza. The pinsa is nasty and not worth your money. Don’t bother eating pasta here when you can make the same thing at home for less than half the price. Same goes for the salad.

As this is a self-service restaurant with rather quick slow food, you sometimes have to wait a while, till it's your turn. But the food mostly makes up the waiting. They offer gluten free meals, so we had an a la carte Risotto al funghi and a winter special offer: risotto gorgonzola e spinachi with walnuts and pear, which is very recommendable.

It's usually a pleasure to dine at Vapianoes in other cities, but unfortunately not this time. The waiters here ridiculously had his finger point at us with an overwhelmingly harsh manner after we've been waiting for some time at the reception and nobody came. So we picked a card and walked in. If what we did wasn't totally acceptable, it's their sole responsibility as a self-service restaurant to have someone in every position, and on the other hand, their attitudes were utterly unacceptable (not only as a serviced restaurant), as no one should point at people's face.

Nice restaurant to eat pasta or pizzas (Italian style). You can watch your order while waiting. There is a small area for children to play. Staff very polite. Thank you for all of them.

Prices (for instant meals) are a bit expensive. The choice of chair is not good. They are not comfortable. In short, a place to go for a quick meal...
