We ordered menu 1 from their speisekarte, one Garlic Naan and a Karahi Paneer.

Menu 1 came with dal, vegetable curry with fresh veggies and soya with basmathi rice, 2 chutneys of our choice 4 pieces of gemüse pakoras, and a mango cream. Menu 1 cost just 14.50-15€. It was affordable and the food was so tasty and reminded me of my home. There were less oil in the curries and the seasoning was all right. I really loved both the curries especially dal.

Garlic Naan was also fine. Karahi panner was good too. The paneer seemed to be made from scratch in the restaurant because it was so soft. The paneer which we buy from outside would be hard. But this was so soft.

The pakoras were tasty and the chutneys were good too.

If you feel like eating your home food, just try the food here.

Absolutely damn delicious. Very easy to accommodate vegan/gluten diet and can spice up the dish upon request. If I ever cycle through Kassel again I will definitely come back. 10/10

Nice vegetarian Indian restaurant that has been serving food for over a decade. The menu is quite extensive and plenty of choice for dishes including Thalis which give you a chance to explore multiple dishes in one plate. They also have substitutes for paneer if you want to veganise a dish. Their roti tokri with a variety of breads is a must try.

Service is friendly albeit a bit slow. Prices are a bit on the higher side for me but the quality makes up for it. In terms of spiciness, well it’s Germany and I expect the food to be mild even when you ask for “hot”, and this place, is no exception :)

I enjoyed my meal here and would come back again when in town. A bit away from town centre but walkable within 15-20 mins.

This was not for me. The food wasn't good in my opinion. I understand it may be my palate and I'm not recommending this place should be avoided. There were a few others eating and they seemed to enjoy the food. There was a person who came in after me and was served the same as me before I was served which made no sense. Overall I didn't enjoy my experience here but others may have the opposite experience as me so I would say give the place a try!

Please save your hard earned money, and don't go to this place.
Seriously, pouring down everything in one plate. The people are good, but they don't know how to cook. The chapati was bland, daal was half cooked, and don't ask about the curry...just ew!
