Seit 1998 gehe ich hier her zum Essen und wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Vorzugsweise bestelle ich mir Pizza. Meist mit Knoblauch da das hier sehr lecker ist. Sehr groß und günstig :) Nudelgerichte waren bis jetzt auch immer sehr lecker. Eine bekannte hat den Fisch gegessen und war auch sehr positive überrascht. Auch nach 17 Jahren ist ein besuch alle 2-3 Monate dort immer noch drin..... Für mich der beste Italiener in Kassel..... Auf Preis Leistung gesehen.... Es gibt bestimmt noch Gourmet Köche in Kassel. Aber da kann man nicht zu zweit für 30 euro satt werden.....

Wir waren zu viert essen und haben uns 2 Pizzen und 2 Portionen Pommes für die Kids bestellt. Die Pizzen waren beide mit Rucola, 1 mit Parmaschinken und die andere mit italienischer Salami. Als die Pizzen von der Kellnerin gebracht wurden trauten wir unseren Augen kaum. Der Rucola Salat auf den Pizzen war welk, vertrocknet, gelb etc. daraufhin holte meine Frau den Chef und beschwerte sich. Er war total uneinsichtig und begründete das damit, dass es daran liegt weil die Pizza warm ist deshalb ist der Rucola Salat welk geworden. Da meine Frau sich weigerte diese zu essen nahm er die Pizzen mit machte den Rucola ab und stellte die Pizzen nochmal in den Ofen um die warm zu halten, er holte frischen Rucola aus der Küche machte den wieder auf die Pizzen und siehe da komischerweise ist dieser frische Rucola nicht mehr auf der heissen Pizza welk geworden. (Wir bestellen oft Pizza mit Rucola und haben noch nie vertrockneten und welken Rucola auf der Pizza bekommen obwohl die auch alle heiss waren). Außerdem hat der Parmaschinken und die italienische Salami echt ranzig geschmeckt.
Dann kamen die Pommes von den Kindern und wir bemerkten, dass diese
wirklich in Fett geschwommen sind wie in einer Suppe. Soetwas habe ich noch nie gesehen. Als meine Frau den Chef wieder an den Tisch holte war er total genervt und meinte es liegt daran weil die Pommes bei denen in einer Pfanne frittiert werden und nicht in der Fritteuse.
Diese Begründung verstehe ich nicht, denn egal wie die zubereitet werden man lässt die Pommes immer abtropfen, das weiss sogar jeder Imbisskoch auf dieser Welt.
Ich gebe 1 Stern nur weil man leider keinen halben Stern geben kann weil der Chef sich kein einziges mal entschuldigt hat oder Einsicht gezeigt hat. Stattdessen versucht mit irgendwelchen komischen Ausreden das so zu drehen als ob wir gar keine Ahnung vom Essen haben und zum ersten mal im Restaurant essen gehen.

Mein Mann und mein Schwiegersohn hatten Pizza, meine Tochter und ich das Tagesgericht, als ich fragte, welches Fleisch bei diesen Gericht ist, wurde gesagt Rindfleisch, dazu Pizzabrot Salat und Reis. Dann hatten wir noch zwei Vorspeisen und drei Alster und eine Spezi. Als die Bedienung mit unseren Getränken kam, fing das Caos an. An stelle von Alster kam Altbier. Diese gingen zurück und wir bekamen unsere Alster. Da die Pizza im Speiseraum zubereitet wird, konnte ich sehen, dass nach ca. 15 min, zwei fertige Pizzen auf der Anrichte standen. Nach weiteren 10 min. wurden dann auch genau diese Pizzen zu uns gebracht. Mein Schwiegersohn hatte bei der Bestellung ausdrücklich daraufhin gewiesen, die seinen Salat als Vorspeise zu bekommen. Als das Hauptgericht von meiner Tochter und mir kam, hab ich mal nach den Vorspeisen gefragt, da hieß es, die kommen gleich. Auf unseren Tellern hat dann auch das Pizzabrot gefehlt. Auch deshalb fragte ich nach und die Standard Antwort, das kommt gleich... Dann der echte Renner des Abends, ich nehme mir ein stück meines Rindfleisches, welches sich zum Hacksteak entpuppte und geschmacklich extrem streng schmeckte. Nachdem mein Mann das Fleisch gegessen hat und meine Tochter ihres nur des Hunger wegen gegessen hatte, stellte es sich heraus dass es sich bei dem Fleisch um Lamm handelte. Wir mögen überhaupt kein Lamm. Es war für uns im nachhinein total ekelig. Der Chef ist wohl türkischer Abstammung. Möchte mal wissen, wie er reagiert hätte, wenn ich ihn Schweinefleisch anstelle von Kalb serviert hätte!!! Unsere Vorspeisen kamen dann übrigends doch noch und zwar nach der Hauptspeise. Nachdem ich mal einige Fehler beim Chef angesprochen hatte hieß es auch noch, wir hätten die Vorspeise ja nachträglich bestellt, dies war eine freche Lüge!!!! Auch würde es kein Pizzabrot zu dem Gericht geben, sondern entweder oder. Keine Entschuldigung und auch kein Nachlass auf der Rechnung. Extrem schlechter Service. Ich werde meinen Freunden und Bekannten abraten dort hinzugehen. Für meine Hauptspeise, die ja für mich wegen falscher Beratung nur aus einer Portion Pommes und keinen klacks Salat bestand musste ich 11,90 € zahlen....
