This is in my opinion the best burgers I have ever tasted. (And i rarely say that, as generally I’m not a fan of food and fan of complaining xD). Even tho I should admit I don’t know what “halal” is, coming here on regular basis became my guilty pleasure. A very hardworking team works here that prepare every single order manually. You’ll wait couple of minutes more than in regular burger chains, but the taste will worth it. Must check if you are in Kassel.

There were 4 staff when i arrived to order, but 2 left. The young man who took my order, had just made and served a burger, didnt take his gloves off, handled money, then rinsed the gloves briefly in water and made another burger, meanwhile the 2nd behind the counter continued making fresh patties but leaving the one to take orders, make burgers and handle money (all while never changing gloves). After 10 minutes, the other 2 staff returned but seemed of little help. They were still wearing the gloves they wore when they left, and never changed them. One was slicing buns but was agonizingly slow. After another 10 minutes waiting, i gave up and crossed to another establishment. As i sat down, i saw the people who had ordered in front of me finally get their burgers. This was after 40 minutes had passed. To sum up, terribly slow and sanitation leaves much to be desired. Eat elsewhere.
