this is by far the WORST mental health hospital EVER in existence. Might as well be Amittyville. They have NO professional skills, no sensativity training. and apparently let patients attack other patients. My girlfriend is in there and they wont let her out even though she is completely fine. Its a scam, medication dealers creating zombies and making symptoms WORSE. Also they operate without proper licenses. This should be a crime what they require as skill sets to work there. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN ! THEY CREATE JUNKIES AND MAKE THE PROBLEMS WORSE !

Ich fühlte mich bei meinem stationären Aufenthalt in guten Händen. Sowohl die Ärzte als auch die Pfleger und Therapeuten, mit denen ich zu tun hatte, waren echt in Ordnung. Organisatorisch ist es zugegeben ein bisschen chaotisch, baulich alles auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen (aber sauber, wenn nicht manche Mitpatienten ihren Müll überall liegen lassen würden), das Essen ist für ein Krankenhaus auch ok. Mir wurde hier in einer akuten Phase geholfen und dafür bin ich sehr dankbar.

Nach einigen Auseinandersetzungen konnte man hier noch auf einen kleinen gemeinsamen Nenner kommen. Schlimm finde ich auf jeden Fall die baulichen Voraussetzungen und, dass es keine Komfortstation gibt. Im 21. Jahrhundert eigentlich eine Zumutung. Anstatt hier mal zum Kern des Problems zu kommen, wird lieber ausgewichen. Drei Monate stationäre Behandlung ohne Arztgespräche bzw Therapeutengespräche sprechen für sich. Der Ablauf ist dem Zufall bzw den fehlenden Kapazitäten überlassen. Grundversorgung geht auch anders!

SInd schon ein paar Psychopathen die da arbeiten. Zum Beispiel der Kollege der am 25.05.22 um 11:40Uhr unter der Hauptnummer 0561 48040 Dienst hatte und ans Telefon ging. Total unfreundlich und hat versucht mich abzuwimmeln wo ich Hilfe brauchte. Erstes Mal einfach aufgelegt mit "Alle Leitungen besetzt" Ansage. Bei meinem Rückruf irgendwas geschwafelt von wegen ich soll an einem anderen Tag anrufen und dass es meine Schuld sei, dass ich mich nicht rechtzeitig um ein neues Rezept kümmere. Nach etwas Beharrlichkeit, hat er mich dann auf einmal doch zu jemandem weitergeleitet, der mir helfen konnte. Da rufen täglich höchst labile Menschen mit ernsten psychischen Problemen an, da finde ich es höchst gefährlich, grob fahrlässig und absolut unverantwortlich, so jemanden ans Telefon zu lassen...
