Staff is great, rooms are good, food was nice. Enjoyed my stay here.
A coffee machine in the room is missing.

The room was as expected and there is a good restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was also good. Nothing to complain in general. When you stay there for business travel and you have to go to VW, it is even a faster drive distance as google says.

Especially the food and the rooms are very good. The front desk staff was mediocre because we got barely any information upfront and find out thing ourselves. Seminar room was okay.

Perfect place to stay if you are in and around Kassel. Loved my week long stay in the hotel. Nice bar area. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. (Feb 2007)

Solicitous service by a friendly an efficient staff. You feel like more than simply a guest. And the Pfeffermühle restaurant is fantastical!

It's a really well hotel for this price that we payed. Breakfast is rly nice and the rest too.
