We had a great family day! I would like to compliment the policy to allow children under 12 years of age for free on Mondays (family day) in swimwear in the textile-free sauna and dream world. Vegetarian menu option available. A day ticket including sauna and dream world is value for money. The interior design is dated (decades ago), but that doesn't hinder; it’s clean and recently renovated.

The first time we went we lost about 15 minutes just trying to get into the pool area - poor signs, the receptionists didn’t speak English and we just had a hard time trying to figure it out how we should go THROUGH THE CLOSETS to get into the pool - for me that’s just bad planning of the area, very confusing. Feels like the whole “you have to rent a robe” is a scheme, they say you can only go to the restaurant with your body covered but not only there were people eating inside without shirts or anything and we were asked to eat outside even though we were fully dressed - and the table next to were we sat the guy was shirtless.
The pools are cool, the whole water part is nice. We don’t know about the rest of the place (sauna etc).

Nice water. Lovely saunas. But when you in a city for one day and would like to relax in the evening be careful” with information “opened till 22”. I can accept that the personal in restaurant look at you as at the enemy already at 20.45 (btw restaurant in sauna area is extremely dirty, all table are sticky and service rejected the request to clean it for us + area outside in the restaurant down was just closed for using (it is summer, guys!). The most dissapointed fact: all water massages and streams are off at 21.30 and at 21.40 personal asked me not in a very polite way to leave the swimming pool and I needed 5 min to be ready (dress up and pay the rest) and I was out at 21.45 - sorry, too much. Change the rules and write all precisely than on the web-site and at the entrance.
