There is a lot to like here including the rooms, breakfast package, restaurant, staff, tram steps away, etc. We would absolutely stay here again but only if we had assurance that we would be on the side of the hotel away from the street. The street side is sunny and therefore hot in the summer. The procession of off-duty trams heading toward their overnight parking made it difficult to sleep with the windows open.

Food is good but, they took around 45 min to prepare the food after ordering service can be improved

Spacious comfortable rooms. Curtains create enough darkness in the mornings. There is a bit of noise coming from the street, but not too bad. Beds are comfortable, but the cushions are too soft, i strained my neck. Bathroom is comfortable. The spa and swimming pool is excellent!
Breakfast is good during weekends, plenty of choice. But on weekdays they offer very little, which annoyed me. I'd expect there would also be baconu0026eggs and vienoissery on days the hotel is less busy!
Staff is very friendly and professional.

Good hotel for visitors to Kassel. Conveniently located near a team line, the entire city is of easy access. Good rooms, comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet has a large choice and good quality products. Reception staff is customer minded.

Just as it should be: friendly service, great food, clean and neat. A bit noisy if the room is facing the street - try to get the inner one ;-)

Hotel with high quality price ratio, family owned, great attention service, good bedroom and awesome breakfast. Fully recommendable.
