I love that place. Plenty of space, enough to hold over 2k of cosplayers. Also the garden nearby is great, beautiful scenery for pictures

Was here for the Congress. The building looks great. I love those parts of the old architecture and the modern upgrades. Especially in the right wing.

A lot of place, comfortable navigation, cozy backyard. Barrier free.

Cheap parking house just next to the main entrance.

I am very dissapointed. I had no cash on me and was asked to pay for leaving clothes at reception for a fee. When I explained that I only had a card I was asked to leave the hall or to pay. So I had to leave clothes in a car which was parked quite a distance away and the weather was cold.
The stuff showed no flexibility on issuer, there is no cash point in the hall.
And I came with children so I had to get them back without warm clothes.
And we paid 50 euro per ticket. For such a price we were not allowed inside to watch the show.
I think it is totally unfair. And completely not client friendly.
I would not recommend the place.

Great event location, have seen rock and pop concerts here. And every year I visit the anime fan convention Connichi.

I've only experienced the Place while the Connichi(Anime Convention) was running therefore take this review with a grain of salt.
The Palace is big and offers place for a lot of People, so it's great for conventions.

Good Place for Big Events. Often has concerts and other Events.
