Sehr netter Vermieter. Hatte ein schönes grosses Zimmer mit Balkon. Küche ist voll eingerichtet zum selbst kochen. Die Lage ist super und man ist perfekt angebunden an den ÖPNV. Parkplätze für das Auto direkt vor der Tür. Desinfektonsmittelspender ist in der Wohnung angebracht, das fand ich super. Da denkt jemand mit und kümmert sich um das Wohl seiner Übernachtungsgäste! Ich habe mich total wohl gefühlt und komme super gerne wieder und freue mich schon darauf.

u200bIch u0026 meine Kollegin waren vom 5 September - 9 September 2019 dort. Wir sind beide aus München angereist, wegen der großen Veranstaltung dort über das Wochenende - der Connichi 2019. Wir beide hatten jeweils ein Einzelzimmer mit Balkon. Für 4 Übernachtungen habe ich nur 160€ bezahlt (40€ x 4). Das ist ein Top Preis, für diese Lage u0026 diese Zimmer! Mein Zimmer war picobello sauber, als ich zum ersten mal drinnen war. Genau so wie die Toilette, Bad, Küche, usw... direkt vor dem Zimmer (draußen). Bis zum Kongress Palais wo diese riesengroße Veranstaltung stattfand, sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Tram-Station ist nur eine Minute vom Zimmer entfernt. Bis zum Bahnhof Kassel Wilhelmshöhe oder dem Hauptbahnhof Kassel sind es auch nur ca. 20 Minuten. Das alles und noch mehr, ist sehr zentral gelegen - vom Standort der Zimmer. Wir fanden den Besitzer der Zimmer (Herr Koch) u0026 seinen Mitarbeiter/Freund, der die Zimmer für uns vorbereitet hat ziemlich (natürlich) sympatisch u0026 nett, das ich u0026 meine Kollegin beide eingeladen haben. An unserem letzten Aufenthaltstag, zum Kaffee u0026 Kuchen. Ein Erinnerungsfoto mit allen 4 Personen, durfte natürlich auch nicht fehlen.
Im September 2020 / bei der Connichi 2020, werden wir natürlich wieder dort sein - die selben Zimmer buchen. Jetzt wissen wir was wir dort haben. Sollte ich jemals irgendetwas anderes in Kassel machen, dann weiß ich sofort wo ich während der Zeit wohnen kann.
