One of the good hotels in Kassel, we stayed 5 nights in a junior suite, great room for work, bed too soft for our standard, tub non existing shower a little tight. But overall very good, staff friendly helpful, breakfast very good and nice service. Tram stop right in front and brings you where you need to go.
My only complaints, which I have never seen before is they charge for the coffee pods in the room for the machine, not much 1 euro but that was odd. I re (we get up really early before there is coffee in the dining area) and the wifi signal in the room is unacceptable (better downstairs). But still if in
Kassel I highly recommend.

Excellent hotel given that it has a 3 star rating. Room was clean and in good shape. Breakfast was excellent. Location is good as well, very short walk to long distance train station and street rail stops in front of the hotel taking you directly to downtown Kassel. Plenty of eating options nearby. Our rate was very exaggerated, more like 4.5 stars (Documenta).

Absolutely fabulous stay. Room was spacious as we had a family suite and immaculately clean. The breakfast buffet was very good and lots to choose from. Location for both the City centre and Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe was fantastic. If you are back for a lite lunch I recommend the BaguettSki down stairs. I also have to say that Jarn Hunstock was fantastic and so helpful. Enjoyed our chats at the bar.

We were a bit disappointed about our stay 8/9/10 July. The reception was not friendly no smile just crumpy. The elevator was not clean ! Our rooms dustbin had all the rubbish of previous occupants in it. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and the service good, and the COVID regulations well managed. The Hotel is on a Main Street with street cars waking you up early even the room windows are nicely insulated. Positive is the parking space and the direct link to the Hotel elevator, which is convenient when it rains. Restaurants are plenty near the hotel also bakery, flowers shop, banks ,ATM and a tram stop and you get a ticket for free ride during your stay. Room rates are a bit steep for what you get.

Nice Hotel. Breakfast always incl. in room charge. Breakfast on the bill mentioned with 4.80€. Perfect price for all people employed in Germany.
Rooms are small and you should try to get a room located at the back of the building. Cobblestones on the road might bother your sleep.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The worst hotel I have ever went to in any country I have visited so far. The room is so dirty and smells like a sewage. Worst service anyone could imagine. I had to leave my ID for showering towels and had to bring them by myself down to the reception while checking out, despite being wet after showering, in order to get my ID back. Not one person of the 6 employees that I have seen could be friendly or even have a smile on the face. This has been the worst experience ever.
