Completely overpriced and mediocre. The room was clean and pleasant, otherwise pretty bad for the price. The entrance and the halls smell, they dont have an iron, they charged me 9 euros for breakfast and 5 euros extra for one small can of filter coffee (apparently it is NOT part of the breakfast). How does that make any sense? Never again.

Rooms: not quite (walls are made of wood) and not comfortable (no roller shutter/ Rollladen) but clean
Location: very close to the center
Staff: very friendly
Price: a little expensive in comparison with other hotels from the same category

Nice clean room but very easy to hear neighbors and sound from hall. Breakfast was not good, but the staff was nice.

The rooms are alright. Bit old fashioned but not that bad. The beds are quite good. The service of the lady at the reception was also very friendly. All with all not special and not terrible.

Hotel Excelsior was fine. Not too fancy. Room was clean, staff was helpful. Checking out, I left a bag during a rush to the train, and they put it aside and shipped it back to me.

It's beautiful hotel with helping workers. Located in middle of city and bars, shopping malls ,restaurants ,disco are nearby

Clean rooms, polite service but the reception smelled like cigarettes
