The location is good next to a tram station only 200 meters walking. The hotel is good value for money. Rooms are small and the bathroom is very tiny lol. The view is amazing. I haven't booked a room with breakfast so I have no idea about the service there. There was no air conditioning only heating and this was very bad in the middle of August. I would recommend this hotel to stay if your tending to spend most of the day out.

We had a wonderful stay at the Adesso Hotel Astoria. Our room was clean and the hotel team was very welcoming and friendly. We liked that we had a mini fridge and water cooker in the room, and that our room faced the back. The hotel is next to a tram line that conveniently brings you to all key sites in the city and to the park Wilhelmshöhe, including all Documenta venues. We left our car in the hotel parking lot during our stay and used public transportation or walked. The neighborhood is beautiful, with charming restaurants and cafes and boutique stores just a short walk away. The breakfast room and hallway is a bit dated, but all was clean during our stay and the staff cheerful and accommodating.

I lived in a double room. Room is big, bathroom is huge and there is even a balcony! Service was really nice as well :)

The city is really nice and quiet. Beautiful buildings. The hotel is everything we expected it to be. No luxury, but enough. Fridge, private bathroom, LED TV, big rooms, etc. Breakfast is not very rich, but for 5Eur per person is enough.

Nice Hotel, ideal for families. Our room was just huge, located to the back and with a nice little balcony it was much more than what we had expected for the price. For breakfast we visited one of the little Cafes. There are a few within 5 minutes walking distance.

Very friendly and helpful reception. I booked on the go while traveling therefore I wasn’t expecting much and instead I was amazed how nice was the room which was given to me on the 5th floor with outstanding terrace and view! I felt like I was in a small castle back in time! Thanks a lot and whenever I will be traveling around that area I for sure will book again here.
