The Waldgaststätte, being close to the city (10-15min walk from Marktplatz through the Karlsruhe palace gardens, even less with a car) is a place that I can highly recommend. I recently celebrated my wedding here; the food and all the personnel made it a day to remember and a place that we will regularly visit in the future!
