It is totally unfair to see this nice apartment only 3 stars. It is at a perfect location easy access to centre Karlsruhe (5mins).

It has a great size of space with views and kitchen. We fall in love with this apartment immediately after an easy check-in. Downstairs a lot of restaurants and shops. Many choices are available. And we haven't had chance to try all of them yet.

We make our breakfast every morning with the fridge and oven. Some tablewares can be missing (like wooden spoons). May we suggest the staffs make the missing ones more equal for each room. And giving some easy cleaning tools can be also appreciated.

The only thing bothers us a bit is that very near by tram routes. Good part is S2345 can all pass by. We found it extremely convenient. But at night the sounds come into the rooms if we keep windows opened (especially summer time is hard to avoid.) However it doesn't affect our feelings of this great apartment. Great WIFI with nice home vibe. Definitely will come back again.

I had a wonderful stay at Seeger living which is in a very good location. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. Overall, it was an amazing experience that I do recommend.

Overall the apartment fell short of my expectations. Check-in via automated machine was easy, as was finding the apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean, but very basic (eg one roll of toilet paper, one bath towel). Seating area was spacious but would have been nice to have some extra blankets. There were only 6 hangers (3 for shirts/jackets and 3 for pants), which was not enough for me. Great kitchen and had all the basic cookware (just no dish soap or paper towels). Building overall does not have enough amenities to give it a higher rating - but if it were to add a gym or rooftop terrace... Good central location in Karlsruhe.

Long story short: If you pay more than $200/night you are probably overpaying.

Also note - right now there is construction going on the corner that starts pretty early in the morning.

They have been incredibly helpful these past few weeks, and if you have any issues they respond incredibly quickly by email! 100% recommend to anyone staying in Karlsruhe for a few days or weeks, as I did. Lovely apartment with nice decorations and a functional kitchen.

What an irresponsibility of this owner! My reservation was confirmed and arriving at the chekin machine, I could not find my reservation, and yet he did not cancel, this is a mess, do not book ever, I spent money on tickets because I had to go back to town and amis taxi to get to Chekin's place. Grade 0...

I am from India, and I am sorry for late review posting, but I had a stay in 2016 in seeger, and I had a great stay here, I was here with my husband and with my 6 month old baby, and we all were very much happy to stay here, all staff were very much supportive and very much helpful, my baby was very much comfortable here as the apartment in which I was staying was on first floor, and whole day my baby used to watch the road siders , we all enjoyed this stay, looking forward to come in The Seeger living and stay for long period

Very bad experience. Nobody came to replace towels or shampoo over 3 days,despite multiple calls to the management.
