Really good option if you want to spend from few days to few weeks. It has kitchen, laundry room and all basic amenities. Good location with grocery shopping just across the road. If you are feeling lazy, there are many restaurants in walking distance.

I was moving with my family. Given the tough housing situation, I wanted to have a temporary stay with kitchen, laundry and other basic things. I came across them and tried booking through the website. It was showing full and I approached them via email. They helped me in making the booking by adding an additional bed for my kids. Very helpful staff. Best option for any expats OR even for a few days business trip or family holiday.

5 stars specially for the location of the apartments. Centrally located near the city center which is accessible by 10 mins walk and 2 mins by tram. Tram station is right outside. And right opposite you have a supermarket, pub and restaurant. Well sometimes it gets noisy but once you have your windows closed, its all good.

Room wise, it was clean. Bed was clean and bathroom were clean too. Kitchen had enough utensils for a long term stay too. Customer care/Virtual reception is easily accesible through mail and they are responsive. They provided a fan too as it was hot outside. Automated check in to be done at another place of their own which is 5 mins by walk across the road.

Only downside i saw was that there was no microwave and was quite surprised. Other than that, a super stay. Recommended.

These are home away from home kind of apartments with kitchen, laundry, great support staff, high speed internet, great location and right next to public transport access.

Located city center(perfect location),the room is clean and provides u great hospitality. The apartment provides u almost every facilities from good rooms with all necessary amenities. The check-in system is fully automated and help us in untimely checking,
Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend dis apartment to everyone.

First of all, on the positive: you can't really complain about the general location, it's very central and a lot can also be reached "by foot" or with a fancy e-scooter. However, behind the super central location there are also heavy sleep hours, if you have the hotel room - we we - on the main street ... it was difficult for us to fall asleep, in the morning after the short night we were woken up by loud noise. In addition, it smells in the hotel area - especially in the corridors to the rooms - quite musty. The fridge was also a small problem. If no card is inserted in the Hitler room, there is also no electricity ... logical ... but as far as the fridge/freezer is concerned, that's quite an unfortunate choice. Sometimes everything is defrosted and the fridge was flooded at the end. The floor has strong signs of wear in some places, as well as some pieces of furniture. All in all, despite everything, we had a nice time in Karlsruhe.

Liebes Seeger Living Team, leider haben auch wir bei unserem Aufenthalt das Ein oder Andere zu bemängeln. Zunächst einmal zu dem Positivem : über die generelle Lage kann man sich eigentlich nicht beschweren, es liegt sehr zentral und vieles ist auch „per Fuß“ oder mit einem schicken E - Scooter erreichbar. Allerdings verbergen sich hinter der super zentralen Lage auch schwere Schlafstunden, wenn man das Hotelzimmer - wir wir - zur Hauptstraße hat … das Einschlafen fiel uns schwer, am Morgen nach der kurzen Nacht wurden wir von starken Lärm geweckt. Zudem riecht es in der Hotelanlage - vorallem in den Gängen zu den Zimmern - ziemlich muffig. Auch der Kühlschrank bereitete sich als kleines Problem. Wenn keine Karte im Hitelzimmer eingesteckt ist, gibt es auch keinen Strom … logisch … aber was den Kühlschrank/Eisfach betrifft, ist das ziemlich unglücklich gewählt. Manchmal ist alles abgetaut und der Kühlschrank stand am Ende unter Wasser. Der Fußboden weist an manchen Stellen starke Gebrauchsspuren auf, sowie einige Möbelstücke. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns die paar Tage in Karlsruhe trotz alledem schön gestaltet.
