Though the store has lots to offer and great potential, I find it said to be put down by unnecessary old habits, such as weighing your own groceries, or drawing a number when ordering instead of just standing in line.
Wanted to ask for chorizo, since I didn't see it in store. I was then told to go the butcher. When up I asked: Do you have Chorizo? I was greeted by something along the line: are you number 4/ did you draw a number.
It would have been way faster to answer my question and then move on. They basically aks me to stand in line twice. I find that very offensive as it seems not to value the time of their customers.
Furthermore when asking staff it sometimes feels as if you are bothering them. Though there are some occasions where the staff goes out of their way to help you.
Additionally the order of the checkouts is terrible, for one it isn't obvious which ones are open and further which is the fastest.
I hope to see the store improve.
