It's a pleasant place that offers calm environment in the middle of the city. However, it's 2022, charging 0.50 € extra for oat milk, the environmentally and animal cruelty free option is a value statement on it's own. WC only available for another 0,50€. Sure, you get a voucher, but what good is a voucher if you are just visiting or don't want to go there again?

WiFi, good coffee, and sockets for plugs.
I took one star away because it's super hot and no strong AC. Leather seat is comfortable but get people sweating especially in summer...pity.

Lovely place to unwind with the classical German combination of coffee and cookies. It also offers a nice view of the main shopping street in Karlsruhe. Good books are also at hand, as the place is located in the Thalia bookstore.

Food is great, people working there are very friendly but the internet is HORRIBLE!
If you are looking for a cafe where you can also enjoy the WiFi....this is not the place!

The drinks are reasonably priced. There is also a variety of sweet and savory snacks!
I can only recommend it if you don't want to work in a sterile library atmosphere, but still want to be able to concentrate well.

Ich war vormittags zum Arbeiten am Laptop dort. Die Atmosphäre war sehr entspannt und angenehm, um diese Uhrzeit war nicht allzu viel los. Für die Größe des Cafés gibt es viele Plätze, die sehr minimalistisch und ansprechend eingerichtet sind.
Die Getränke sind preislich angemessen. Es gibt auch eine Vielzahl an süßen und herzhaften Snacks!
Ich kann es nur empfehlen, wenn man keine sterile Bibliotheksatmosphäre zum Arbeiten möchte, aber sich trotzdem gut konzentrieren will.
