The best soups (Rahmen) in Karlsruhe. I really recommend the Mala Soups or Korean ones. You can choose the ingredients of your soups and then they cook it. Just great stuff! Congrats!

A Chinese colleague introduced me to this place. The business model is quite interesting here. You can pick and choose the topping and broth flavor that you want for you noodle soup and they will charge you based on the weight of your chosen toppings. It seems like this type of restaurant is quite common in China. I chose the masala broth with the least spicy level but the spiciness was still quite intense. I do like spicy food but I wouldn't recommend it to people who can't handle the heat. We also ordered boba milk tea. My jasmine green tea was nice, I can taste the tea, and it was not overly sweet. However, some of the tapioca balls were undercooked. Overall, the foods tasted great, the staffs can speak English and were very friendly. I would definitely comeback.

Delicious soup and great price. We visit this place whenever we feel a bit hung over to get the hot and delicious soup with and interesting selection of ingredients. The spicyness of the Mals soup makes it taste very healthy. Also the soup goes very well with one of their delicious bubble teas. Staff are also really friendly abs the place looks nice from the inside aswell!

We are coming back!
Small shop front with limited seatings. But the taste is GREAT!!! Mostly noodles in spicy soup with variety of ingredients to pick and mix. Non-spicy soup available as well. We tried it from our kid’s order and was equally impressive.
Beverages are surprisingly well prepared. Juices to delicious bubble tea.
In my observation and opinion, a fraction of food ingredients of Asian origin could I wish to be of a better freshness and quality level. Probably the long transport under refrigeration and the sourcing bears a mark.
Overall, we like the cooking here very much.
Indeed, it reminds me of the street-food experience of Asia.

Very nice surprise. Wasn't familiar with this type of restaurant, but really like the concept.
You pick the toppings you like and pay per weight. Then add the broth of your choice.
Fruity green tea was also tasty.

Gotta say this might be the best Mala soup restaurant I've ever stepped into. The various soup options are so fresh and delicious (sorry to compare, but definitely better than One Bowl (Teespresso) in Europaplatz). I've tried all the soups here and my favorite is the medium spicy (Mittelscharf) which is a combination of spicy and just pure broth. The green pepper one is very fresh. The korean one is kinda sweet and so not korean. The thai is not bad. So basically you take all the ingredients in the bowl and choose the soups, and at the end choose the finishing toppings like peanut cream, garlic, etc which I prefer to put in another small container as a dip.
For drinks, i think the bubble teas don't taste good because of the tapioca which is definitely not as chewy and sweet like OneZo. Therefore, better choose the blueberry smoothie cheese foam or strawberry or pineapple smoothie cheese foam. Since the cheese foam is on the top of the smoothies, you shouldn't drink it with straw but directly from the cup and adjust the angle to get the best combination of both cheese and smoothie parts.
Although in Karlsruhe, this might not be the best restaurant, with all the foods and drinks and super friendly service - this is the restaurant closest to my heart ❤

Very authentic Asian soup restaurant , you can come here several times and due to the fact that you serve yourself with the ingredients - you always can try something different - very very tasty
But depending on the time you want to visit it can be very crowded, also as there a very limited places available - but you can also buy your soup "To-Go"
