Was a good place before. Price too high now. Dönerteller only 7 Euro in 2017. shishkabab was 10 and now 14. even though the tax was reduced, they increase there prices up to 50 percent. Would never go there again.

Extremely rude and impolite.
I waited for long time and complained to the Chief. Then he served me pizza and Yogort souce over it. I thought this was a recipe of the restaurant, but found out later on he only did this with me because I told him I'm waiting since long time.
I wanted to pay with Visa card but he refused, but when I came one week earlier I could pay with a visa card.

Unfortunately I have to give this restaurant one star because there is no zero star evaluation.

Delicious Iraq food and kabab in Germany

The worst restaurant I have ever tasted in Germany so far.I ordered food and they gave me other dish which I don't even know or tasted before. When we contact them, they are very rude. I have ordered from Lieferando at 10 pm, it came after 12:30 am and the guy who delivered the food is very rude and asked me to come down I waited long time in the cold.please don't order food from this restaurant anytime.There is no rating less then 1 or else I would have preferred it.

It was the very first restaurant where I had my lunch in Karlsruhe on my first day in KIT. Its locates at a very central place on Kronnen platz and very near to Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). You can get all type of Turkish food, donors, flafel etc,. You can also get fresh bread (Naaan/khubz) from here.

I ordered sandwiches and plates via lieferando at 10pm..
After many calls they told me that I'll got delivered in 20 minutes, then 15, then 10 and finally it's 2am and my order is not yet here.. the restaurant doesn't answer my calls anymore..
I'll have my money back but I'll never order back from this restaurant
