Stayed here after a long train journey from Warsaw with a morning connection to Paris the following day. Excellent location a couple of minutes walk from the station which allowed us to sleep a bit longer. Breakfast was excellent.

We booked at the last minute as a competitor hotel cancelled our booking at 9pm while we were still on the train travelling. We checked in late but the two gents on reception sorted us out quickly. I think one was training the other but both were friendly and professional .

Only gripe is the shower tray just wouldnt drain quickly enough so you are in standing water all the time. This is something we come across on a regular basis in other hotels as well. Easy to sort as you just remove the drain cover and reluctantly remove previous guests hair from the drain hole. Not ideal but needs must. Just a minor inconvenience.

The room we were in was dark which allowed for a really good nights sleep.

Will definitely use again

For someone visiting Karlsruhe for the first time, the location of the hotel cannot be better. It is very convenient as the train station is 5min walking away, and the city trams and buses are right in front. The staff is super polite, I would have to emphasize the professionalism and politeness of the blonde receptionist from my check in (unfortunately don't know her name).

The room was comfy, clean and quiet. The capsule bathroom was a bit weird but I got used to it.
The reason this is an 8, is that there is no minibar, fridge and safe, there were no disposable slippers, and no power outlets at the headrest.

Really amazing! Few steps from railway station, clean, i dont know why all ibis hotels have this wierd bathrooms but it was okay.
If u are lower of trains, there is nice view☺️

I have a good experience with them this time. Room is better and neat. But there was no locker, no slippers, no water bottle in the room. Bathroom was neat. No minibar, no electric cattle. Breakfast was too limited without any friendly staff there. They are charging too high, as equal to some excellent hotel in Germany. The biggest plus of this hotel ,it is easy for travellers to reach main Railway Station and Bus station. Tram station is right in front of hotel's main door at Poststrabe.

Good location near train station. Rooms dirty, they just clean surface a bit. Bathroom dirty. Will not come back

Good location just beside Karlsruhe train station. Near to city center as well Breakfast moderate with cozy room
