The staff is very pleasant and they are good at English which is always a plus and so is the 24h reception. The one minus point they get from me is that the AC was too loud to have on while I was sleeping which was an issue given how warm it was. A friend who stayed in the same hotel complained about their AC dripping water so I think they have some issues with their ACs in general.

Excellent hotel, right in the city center. Amazing experience, everything was more than expected. I point out the cleanliness of the room, breakfast, size of bathroom.

Worth for the price. Rooms are a bit small. Very difficult to open and close your 23kg suitace with the space around the bed. Otherwise the location is great. There's a tram station just 2 minutes from hotel.
The water kept in the rooms are charged. There's a coffee machine and water cooler at the lobby and thats free of cost.

Great stay here. The rooms were clean, good breakfast and the cocktailbar was amazing. Really good cocktails and friendly staff.

Good hotel for a stay in Karlsruhe. Just outside the center (walking distance), rooms are relatively nice (some appliances are a bit noisi), they have a nice cocktail bar and an underground car park.
It would usually give 4 stars but the price is low and the breakfast is above average. Thus the 5 star rating.

I got small room with looking into my room though the window from the parking. Nice localisation and nice cocktail bar inside
