Staff is very nice and friendly. The rooms have a modern design but the facilities are lacking. Cigarette smoke from the staff room got drawn into our room.
Bathrooms are horrible. Even the modern ones lack a window or ventilation system and the older ones are musty.

Basically no room service, the room did look nice but was in a really bad condition on the second look. Further, it's loud, and the curtains don't work (too much light in the night). Breakfast was "okay" but less than could be expected at that price tag...

For the price, this was a great stay! Our room was very clean, had a small balcony and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also very good and the staff was friendly. Our dog also really enjoyed the park u0026 zoo right outside the hotel

Booked two rooms. The rooms are pretty good but the AC is a bit too loud. Check-in takes far too long, booked via Booking.com app. The process should be a lot faster than it currently is.

Good staff good food for breakfast poor decor in 307, no carpet, no fridge, no tea coffee or kettle as one morning after a late day I was charge 3 euros for a black coffee which I fetch and took to my room, but it had a balcony and seats x and some sun.
A good price for 4 nights

It's ok. Good location, expensive however for what it is. Good breakfast. The room did not have fan or aircon so it was sauna like at night. Can't really open windows either as it's noisy on the street.

It was quite a good hotel for sleeping and having breakfast, and the staff was kind too, but having to pay for a bad quality WLAN is bad. That you could use this WiFi on some select other location made up for it a bit, but not quite. If you're at your room and you paid for the WLAN, you want to have it immediately and reliably, not search around for a place where you can actually connect.
