A great hotel to stay at the center of Karlsruhe. The room 208 we had is very spacious and luxurious and has everything you can expect from a4 star hotel. It looks modern and has free minibar.

The only sad back was the air-conditioning, that was old and quite noisy.

The breakfast was excellent with rich choice and perfectly cooked eggs. Coffee though didn't came from the best machine but was decent.

Excellent location and spacious room. AC worked well. Breakfast was better than we expected (hot dishes as well). The best part was the friendly and accommodating staff. 4 stars because the carpet and drapery needs to be updated.

Breakfast on the room via QR code worked fine. The given portion were small to medium. Food was covered but scrambled eggs were not hot enough anymore. Salad was not as fresh as you would get at Subway e.g.

The room (suit 109) was smaller than expected but very nice but facing to the street and Friday night the closed windows kept not all the noise out.
Highlight was the bathroom and comfy bed.
The safe was inside a bigger closet where a medium backpack fit easily. The closet was also lockable via a provided RFID chip key! The desk was very limited in depth.

We had a great stay during times of COVID-19 - the staff is very friendly and responds fast to any open questions or doubts. We used the modern sauna and fitness area for an extra charge (normally it's included but now, they offer it exclusively to you for a certain time span and you are basically alone there and can be in a safe and clean environment). We travelled as family and it was very child-friendly as well. Breakfast was included and is brought to your room (or optionally to go, during Corona) - the food was fresh and delicious and basically customized for you. We had a spacious room (Double Superior) on the top floor with a great view towards the Marktplatz and castle so, it's in a central location as well). Also, the bathroom was big and modern. We can completely recommend the hotel, it's worth the price and we will probably plan another stay there ourselves soon.
