Meal and drink have been great, and very creative ????
Only point is that I would have liked to eat the berries from my drink which was very difficult out of the bottle, a large glass would have been the better option for me.

Good ambient, good drinks, but our burgers were a bit cold, the cheese not melted and the fries looked like they were waiting for a long time ... and one burger came 15 minutes after the other. For 10 euros a burger not a great deal. But the place itself is nice

This is just usual place to eat, didn't like the meat in burger, it smelled and tasted a little strange, but okay. We've been waiting for long enough and had to come to waiter, and ask them to come and take our order, which is really strange

Very good environment... totally hygienic during corona times... the staff was very active and friendly... as usual Hans Im glück delivers good burgers quickly... This is by far my favorite fast food chain. Definitely try the wilder western burger, pair it with a small salad or perhaps French fries. I personally love the barbecue sauces, it definitely makes the entire experience better and honestly it tastes amazing with their sour dough bread and whatever choice of meat you please... I also ordered the classic burger, it has a very nice tangy sauce and it’s equally as good as the wilder western burger... Honestly in my opinion whenever you go here just order the wilder western burger it’s the best one out of their entire menu... and as always Stay hungry!

The food was absolutely great (and they produce their own sauces) . Once ordered it didn't even take them 10 minutes to deliver it to our table.
I recommend everyone who is in Karlsruhe to go there and try one.

Was very busy inside so we were expecting great burgers! The burgers itself were very bland, not too much flavour. The sauces also, such as Gorgonzola was very bland and also did not have much flavour. Probably would not come back, though the service was very good.

Horrible. Worst service I've ever experienced anywhere. Fries literally sopping in grease. And their card machine was broken but they blamed it on my card until getting a machine over that worked.
