The hotel room we booked was very spacious indeed. It was perfect for a family. The only feedback I would like to give is that, the bathrooms need a bit work. The shower glass isn't covered well, so the water spills on the floor and can be a risky situation. Also the curtains being sheer, don't really provide any privacy. However I must commend the staff as they have been super efficient. During the busy breakfast hours they managed to clear the tables quickly and made it available for their guests at the earliest. All in all its a good place to stay and would definitely recommend it.

We got an amazing rate for a night coming back from Strasbourg and it was amazing. The staff was very polite and helpful and explained us how everything works. The next day we were very surprised to see an amazing breakfast, there was a big selection of fruits, all kinds of cereals, salmon, different eggs, etc. It was more like a 4-star standard. The staff was always putting an extra effort to clean after the customers and arrange new tables. There is plenty of parking in the street as well as in the property.

The comfort hotel on the way back home. We have been guests of this hotel for a number of times, while driving back from the holidays as a stop over. Large and clean family room and the usual abundant breakfast the morning after. It’s remarkable how much variety of food they serve for breakfast and the staff is always very kind.

Fine for the basic essentials and a short stay, quiet location and bus to central Karlsruhe is a 5 min walk. Bed was uncomfortable, shower door was not fully attached and came loose but was fixable. noise travels easily along corridor. Good breakfast, plentiful options.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, I got a very small room that hasn't AC, electric kettle and a very bad quality of bed mattress yet, this hotel has good breakfast but bad reception service .only the male Receptionist there knows the work very well not the ladies . one day they decides to close the GYM for no reason, a day after I asked the young lady at the lobby about it and than she said ''ah well this is the strange grownups Receptionist decision to close it'' how strange it is?? lol

Let's start with the good. The breakfast is REALLY good. So much choice and high quality ingredients.

But the good doesn't outweigh the bad. When I arrived there was a huge tear in the curtain that was bigger than my hand. The showerhead was very old full of chalk and the water temperature changed all the time. And no shampoo.

So I mentioned this to the staff and they put a new curtain and a new showerhead on! I was actually really impressed by the service. The new showerhead is nice but it didn't solve the issue of the changing water temperature. Also the shower is too small to comfortably shave or even wash your hair.

Also the mattress is thin and there was a weird lump in the bed in the middle so I could not lie comfortably in the middle of the bed.

No hassle check in, great breakfast, easily accessible and clean. Also the WiFi signal is strong throughout.
